The firm was established in 1981 as a partnership firm having 3 (Three) partners. One of the partner Shri P.L Fatehpuria was equipped with very wide ranging experience in the transformers line of more than 30 years.
In its stage of infancy the firm developed the designing & manufacturing of 16 KVA Sealed Transformers, 25 KVA completely self protected transformers satisfying the technical specifications of Rural Electrification Corporation (A Govt. of India Undertaking).
Having successfully completed the above developments the firm then undertook to manufacture transformers from 16 KVA to 100 KVA capacity in 11 KV Class. Simultaneously, it also undertook the job of repairing of distribution transformers of Rajasthan State Electricity Board which were lying with the Board as scrap and they were also successful in developing the method of repairing them at District level.
In addition to the above, firm has also developed a system for repairing of 33/11 KV transformers up to 5 MVA also right from District level and up to State level. This has also gained popularity among our valued clients i.e. different State Electricity Board all over the country.
In 1985, the company, entered a new era in enhancing the manufacturing capacity of transformers from 500 KVA to 1000 KVA capacity in 11 KV Class.
Another milestone in the history of the firm was added when we undertook manufacturing 3150 KVA transformers of 33/11 KV class and it is noteworthy that this was successfully type tested at Central Power Research Institute, Bhopal in the year 1993.
The firm is a well known name in the field of manufacturing quality Distribution Transformers from 16 KVA to 3150 KVA capacity as well as Power Transformers upto 6300 KVA rating. It is further encouraging to note that firm has got its own in house facilities for fabrication of transformer tanks and processing of laminations being directly imported, thus giving a very good quality of material using state of Art Technology in designing and manufacturing process.Company is also manufacturing Dry type Transformers since 1997.
At present company is also expanding its business in the field of generation of energy and company has installed one wind turbine generator of 0.8 MW in the State of Karnataka during current financial year (i.e. 2006-07)
Company has also started manufacturing of Single Phase transformers and order for more than 6500 Nos. Single Phase transformers have been secured during First year of it manufacturing under stiff competition.
The company now intends to expand its capacity and capability in respect of still higher voltage class and is now planning to have a new factory while using a very fine state of Art Technology for manufacture / repair of 220 KV Class Transformers having capacity upto 50000 KVA.
The company has covered area of 45000 Sq.ft.on a land of approximate 120000 Sq.ft. equipped with own design/testing laboratories using the latest instruments & Equipments.
