Our Hot Air units for candy and lollypop cut and wrap machines are perfectly suited for the cut and wrap machines using foil that needs heat to set the twist. The total power requirement for the Heater + Air blower is just 550 watts making it probably the most economical unit available. These hot air units are "ready to fit" type and need no skill for commissioning. Our air heaters are energy efficient and are suitable to different makes of machines.
We supply to even world renowned Confectionery machine manufacturers-M/s AMP Rose-UK. It can literally be said that one can walk into any of the 200 odd candy manufacturers in India and always find only Sowbal make twin nozzle hot air blowers in all of them.
Our Flange End heaters are gaining usage in space heating and large volume drying chambers and heating rooms like Incubators etc. In conventional centralized heating the Heated Air travels up to the hot room through insulated ducting and heats up the chamber. The insulation costs and the inevitable losses of heat can be minimized by the introduction of our Flange End Air Heaters in to the system. The centralized heater can be bypassed and our flange end heaters can be attached to the Air outlet pipes available in the Chamber where by the heat is generated inside the chamber itself instead of at an external location The equipments are very Efficient /Economical and very durable. These are supplied in 500Watts and 1000 Watts/110 volts/220 volts. Most useful in Non Hazardous areas for low temperature applications these heaters can cut down installation costs by more than 50 % in comparison to Centralized heating costs.
Our Single walled Rotating drum hot air drier for non-powdery non-liquid products is a new addition to our range of products aimed at energy saving .These driers are highly energy efficient and can be designed to suit many applications. The system has many distinct advantages like uniform drying, quick startup, easy handling, high energy efficiency and most importantly low investment and maintenance costs. These rotary drum driers are very suitable for applications in ayurvedic, herbal and spices and pharma industries.
Our batch type Welding Electrode oven is a new addition and is an excellent demonstration of how conveniently and economically this operation can be performed. The units is a simple but efficient one with 30 percent lesser power consumption than the conventional heating ovens and also improves the productivity by almost 50 percent while improving the product quality appreciably. We can conveniently extrapolate the designs to higher capacities as well as to Welding Rod manufacturers for their Drying Oven needs
